PROS:
1. Exercizes are well explained, moves are well detailed.
2. Customer support really does get back to you quickly, and I mean one hour!
3. It's cheap (but you get what you pay for).
4. Perfect place for beginners who do not know how to move
CONS:
1. Many workouts require you to use a bosu. One can train without, I mean, millions of people do without, but many of these workout need one.
2. There is plenty of beginners exercizes, just 18 advanced workouts though, this is a place for beginners.
3. "Programs" are just 8, consisting all of three workouts. A serie of three workouts isn't a program in my definition, it's not even one week of workouts.
4. Some workouts show up some funny steps like 'Treadmill - 1 minute' or 'Rope jump - 45 seconds', seriously, it takes 1 minute just for the treadmill to reach the set speed...
5. They could avoid the fancy names, 'beach squats' or 'beach burpees' don't exist, seriously....
I am advanced, hence 18 workouts when the site claims to have hundreds (yes, for beginners) leave me unsatisfied.
In summary, I would not recommend Train Online to a friend.
