This was a great program until I was done with a program within and nothing else seemed appealing. I tried various other workout programs within Daily Burn and the repetition of the workouts got boring. BUT, if you are looking for variety, there's what called DB 365, it's a brand new live workout everyday.
It costs about $10/month if you sign up for the yearly subscription and $14/month if you go from month to month. This program has a Daily Burn Community Page where you can connect with the Daily Burn "tribe". It's been said by many, that whatever you are feeling that day or going though you can post because at least one other tribe member has been there or is where you are today.
In summary, I would recommend Daily Burn to a friend.
