The site might be great for some people but I did not think it was a stellar setup. There are a lot of redundancies on the website and no communities or other information whatsoever. I'm very new to working out yet the exercises picked for me were complicated or I didn't have the equipment required, which they do ask what you have to work with. The customer service and the trainer was great. With a more seasoned person it could really be helpful. I will say you get what you pay for on this site, it's nothing fancy. I'm actually trying to get a refund but I guess I'll see how great they are when I get that response.
In summary, I would not recommend Changing Shape to a friend.
