I am a personal trainer and I find this site extremely helpful when I need to show my clients pictures and videos of certain exercises. I find the information on the site very sound and it is constantly updated with new and improved exercises. The membership fee is minimal compared to what I get out of it. A great deal! In summary, I would recommend Train Online to a friend.
