I can't get no satisfaction....except at Change!

...only at ChangingShape.com I found the needed support. I wanted it all at the time I signed up: weightloss, to keep track of what I ate, control, knowledge, support. And I got it all. I loved being a part of it - and Ive kept the weight off and more has come off ever since. Or, as I prefer to put it: I've continued to stay healthy which is way more important for me than the numbers of the scale. In summary, I would recommend Changing Shape to a friend.
